COOKIE POLICY

Effective Date: July 2, 2026

This Cookie Policy (the “Cookie Policy”) explains how GENART SYSTEMS LTD (“SWAGTOONS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the SWAGTOONS website, mobile application, and related services (the “Service”). This Cookie Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and forms part of it.

1.   What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We may also use other similar technologies, including:

·         pixels and tags (small pieces of code that allow us to measure engagement and the effectiveness of marketing);

·         local and session storage (browser-based storage used by the website to remember information between sessions);

·         mobile software development kits (SDKs) embedded in our mobile application that perform functions comparable to website cookies (for example, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, push notifications);

·         mobile advertising identifiers (such as Apple IDFA and Google Advertising ID), where permitted by your device settings and applicable law.

In this Cookie Policy, “cookies” refers to all of these technologies collectively, unless otherwise stated.

2.   How We Use Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

·         Strictly necessary: required to operate the Service and maintain security (for example, authentication, session management, fraud prevention, load balancing, content delivery, video playback, and payment-related functionality). These cookies are necessary for core operation and cannot be disabled through our cookie tools;

·         Functional: help remember your preferences (such as language, dub, subtitle, volume, autoplay, and playback quality settings) and improve user experience;

·         Analytics: help us understand how the Service is used (which titles are watched, where users drop off, performance and stability metrics) so we can improve features, content, and performance;

·         Marketing and personalization: help measure and improve marketing campaigns, attribute installs and conversions, and – where permitted – show more relevant content recommendations and advertising.

We may use first-party cookies (set by us) and third-party cookies (set by service providers, content delivery networks, analytics providers, application stores, and advertising or attribution partners) depending on the features you use and the settings you choose.

3.   Consent and Cookie Choices

Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies (including analytics and marketing cookies and similar technologies) will be used only after you provide consent.

When you visit the Service, you may see a cookie banner that allows you to:

·         Accept all (allow optional cookies);

·         Reject non-essential (allow only strictly necessary cookies); or

·         Manage Preferences (choose which optional cookie categories to allow).

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using Manage Preferences (where available). If you reject non-essential cookies, strictly necessary cookies will still be used to operate the Service.

4.   Browser, Device, and Mobile Controls

Most browsers allow you to delete or block cookies and configure cookie settings. You can usually find these options in your browser's “Help,” “Settings,” or “Privacy” menus.

In our mobile application, you can also manage tracking and advertising-identifier preferences through your device's operating system, including:

·         on iOS: App Tracking Transparency (allow or ask apps not to track) and Limit Ad Tracking controls;

·         on Android: Reset Advertising ID, Delete Advertising ID, or other opt-out controls available in your device settings.

If you block, delete, or limit cookies or similar technologies, some parts of the Service may not function properly, certain preferences may not be saved, and content recommendations may become less relevant.

5.   EEA/UK Notice

If you are located in the EEA or the UK, we will request your consent for non-essential cookies and similar technologies where required by applicable law (including the ePrivacy Directive as implemented locally and the GDPR/UK GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via Manage Preferences (where available), through your browser settings, or through your device's mobile advertising controls described above.

6.   California Notice (CPRA)

We do not sell personal information for money. However, if we use certain marketing or advertising technologies, that activity may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.

California residents may opt out of such “sharing” / targeted advertising by:

·         selecting Reject Non-Essential or adjusting settings via Manage Preferences (where available);

·         adjusting mobile advertising controls in your device settings (e.g., iOS App Tracking Transparency or Android opt-out); and/or

·         contacting us at support@swagtoons.net with the subject line “California Privacy Rights”.

We honor browser-based opt-out preference signals (such as the Global Privacy Control) to the extent required by applicable law and supported by our systems.

7.   Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time by posting the updated version on the Service. Where notice is required by applicable law, we will provide notice as required. Otherwise, it is your responsibility to review this Cookie Policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Cookie Policy.

8.   Contact
